Heurio's admin project management feature offers organization admins a comprehensive way to manage all projects within the organization. This guide explains how the feature works and how it enhances project oversight. ## Managing projects **Note:** This feature is available only to users with an Organization plan and admin permission. Admins can see every project in the organization, add or remove teams and individual users from any project, monitor status, and assign or unassign paid seats — without needing to be invited to each project explicitly. ### Can a non-admin view all projects in the organization? No. Standard members only see projects they're a member of or projects shared organization-wide. The full directory of all projects is admin-only. ### How do I become an organization admin? Admin permission is granted to the user who subscribed to the Organization plan and can be delegated to other teammates from the organization settings panel. ### Can admins resolve or delete heurios in any project? Admins have full edit rights across every project in the organization — including resolving, reassigning, and removing heurios if needed.
