- Can I customize the Kanban columns?
- Kanban columns map to the heurio status pipeline (e.g. To do, In progress, Done / Resolved). Move a heurio card between columns to change its status — the update is reflected in every other view.
- How is Kanban View different from Severity View?
- Kanban tracks workflow progress (status). Severity View tracks impact (priority). Use Kanban for daily project management and Severity View for triage and prioritization.
- Can I see Kanban View in the Chrome extension?
- Project views live in the Heurio web app. The extension is optimized for capturing new heurios on a live website; switch to heurio.app for the four management views.
- Does drag-and-drop sync to my teammates in real time?
- Yes. As soon as you drop a card into a new column, every teammate watching the project sees the new status — no refresh required.
