- Admins can create teams to reflect different roles or departments, such as Developers, UX Research, QA Testers, and Copywriters.
- Once created, teams can be added to projects within the organization, allowing for efficient team-based collaboration.

- Who can create teams?
- Team management is available to admins on Heurio's Organization plan. If you're on the free or individual plan, you can still invite users one by one — teams are an organization-level convenience.
- Can a user belong to more than one team?
- Yes. A user can be part of multiple teams — for example, a QA engineer might be in both the QA team and a cross-functional product team.
- What happens when I remove someone from a team?
- They immediately lose access to every project the team is added to. This makes offboarding fast — no need to revoke each project individually.
- Can I add a team to multiple projects at once?
- Yes. Once a team exists, you can attach it to as many projects as you like. New projects you create can include the team from the start.
